Community Solutions brings together individuals who each have significant expertise and experience to work collaboratively toward shared goals. While employees will have many opportunities to work on projects individually, most projects are shared among multiple team members. Our Roles at Community Solutions

Associate

Primarily serves as a team member on projects in their portfolio. Includes (but is not limited to):

  • Prioritizes race, equity, and inclusion internally and externally.

  • Delivers work products or services in accordance with expectations outlined in the work plan and by the project lead.

  • Participates in regular project team meetings to share progress updates, identify project-related needs or gaps, and seek guidance or support to address challenges.

  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to enhance collaboration and team performance on project implementation and organizational operations.

Senior Associate

Responsible for the implementation of significant project components, based on guidance outlined in the project workplan. May serve as the Lead in a portion of the projects in their portfolio. Includes (but is not limited to):

  • Prioritizes race, equity, and inclusion internally and externally.

  • Serves as a collaborator and thought partner on all projects in their portfolio.

  • Manages the timeline for delivery of project components to other team members/clients.

  • Engages and collaborates with clients and project team members to provide services and develop high-quality products.

  • Supports communication and coordination of the project team.

  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to enhance collaboration and team performance on project implementation and organizational operations.

  • Provides project status updates to full team on projects they are the lead on.

Director

Primarily serves as the Lead in all projects in their portfolio. Independently represents Community Solutions to clients, partners, and the community. Includes (but is not limited to):

  • Prioritizes race, equity, and inclusion internally and externally.

  • Develops and implements project workplans.

  • Leads project team in project-related tasks and activities and provide coaching and support to team members.

  • Ensures that all project deliverables are developed on time and are of high quality.

  • Identifies potential challenges to successful project completion and work with appropriate members of the Community Solutions team to resolve.

  • Convenes project team members regularly to coordinate activities (document progress, action items, and next steps).

  • Provides project status updates to full team.

  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to enhance collaboration and team performance on project implementation and organizational operations.
